Due to the poor accessibility, operating conditions, high failure rate, long maintenance time, and difficult of wind hybrid generators, economic loss is huge once stops. To this end, fault adaptive fault-tolerant control distributed generators studied, historical operation data offshore onshore are counted compared, characteristics key components analyzed. The generator sets summarized, common electrical faults turbines their impacts on system This paper summarizes current research status existing complementary in terms software tolerance hardware tolerance, schemes for analyzes application feasibility schemes.
